Americana Awards Voting Starts Soon

The Americana Honors & Awards show will take place on Thursday October 13th at the historically cool Ryman Auditorium.  Jim Lauderdale hosts and Buddy Miller is the band leader of the critically acclaimed program.  Described by Emmylou Harris as "the shining star of Nashville and music everywhere," the event has featured many amazing moments over the years including Johnny Cash & June Carter Cash's last live performance together, as well as show-stopping appearances by John Fogerty, Carolina Chocolate Drops,  Lyle Lovett, Rosanne Cash, The Avett Brothers, Solomon Burke, Old Crow Medicine Show, Emmylou Harris, Rodney Crowell, Mavis Staples, Robert Plant, Patty Griffin, Guy Clark, Levon Helm, and so many more.  
The Americana Honors & Awards Nominee Announcement event from the Gibson/Baldwin Showroom in NYC featuring Rosanne Cash, Levon Helm, Larry Campbell, Teresa Williams, Byron Isaacs, Jim Lauderdale, Joy Williams and Jean Paul White (the Civil Wars), Nashville Mayor Karl Dean, Benmont Tench and T Bone Burnett will be rebroadcast on SiriusXM's Outlaw Country (Channel 60) on Saturday May 28th at 5 pm ET and again on Sunday May 29th at 9 pm ET.  You can also watch it on the web now for a limited time at
